i remember you guys laughed at me about “thomas howard/thomas hauert”, but now i’ve forgotten again who he was… last small skype meeting with simone, we talked about how it would be important for us to try to make the connections between the things we post rather than simply putting random data on this site. apart from our initial backgrounds and interest to come together for this project, each of us bear such different knowledge bases and frames of reference. so dearest ladies, how do we bring it together? talk to me…

WOW! Interesting triangle! I have a very big responsibility: China?!? What does this mean?
no, no, i hope it’s not so heavily partitioned as that! i was just reminding myself visually (from notes we took in September) about the different elements we have/want to bring together–no sole divisions of responsibility, i hope… did you finish your paper yet? i want to see more, miss china girl… ;)
Communication over distant is not a easy thing. There is a lot of things going on in my mind about the project that I would like to share with you but somehow doesn’t find its way to the computer. I guess it’s also that the whole blog idea is quite new for Monika and me and we have to get used to it. So yes let’s blog and talk.
By the way Hauert is a swiss choreographer living and working in Brussels. He is one of my favorite choreographers. I just saw him in december or november I think. If he passes in beijing, go to see him and say hello from me :-)
We are just finishing the german pdf version of the concept. we will send it to you as we finish it. Binh, my sister, is going to translate it in english. And than I’m very curious what you think. it would be good if you can correct it (I like the way you write…) Feel free to add, comment, critizis or hopefully enjoy our thoughts. It’s not final…
hallo dearest ladies… i decide then to try to reply here–maybe it will help us to keep the momentum going in one place? so then, my response is WOW! i’m incredibly excited! it’s true though, that it is hard with this distance, not quite knowing how i fit in to all that is going on, wanting to be, but the distance means it’s hard to keep the threads strong and consistent. about march or april… it is actually perhaps a possibility, because i am thinking to go to switzerland earlier than june this year and be back in beijing right after my seminars (olympics, yeah! ha…) funds are quite uncertain though, and i haven’t planned anything yet, but it’s definitely a thought. this week let’s meet on skype for sure. i am in shanghai and guangzhou this week, but have free time. how about thursday night my time, which would be evening for you guys? thank you guys so much for all your hard work, and hope to find our threads all over again…
can we meet tomorrow because I have to work on thursday till late (22h swiss time) and that might be to late for you? tomorrow monika and me we are quite flexible.
how about today if you guys are around? at some point between now and late tonight your time (wednesday morning my time?) i’m online…
