no déjà vu experience
what would you do if time seemed to be standing still?
he would reconstruct/rethink his life. with his new knowledge, he wants to change his life and influence positively his surroundings (family and friends).
when you are abroad, what do you miss from your home (country)?
when he is abroad, he is most of the times among strangers and is longing for place of security (refugium). “home is a place of security and of peace. home are memories from the past that have formed me, parts of my childhood and my youth, home isn’t necessarily a geographic place.”
when do you feel you have the most energy? can you describe an experience when you ever felt more energy than your body could handle? at what percentage of that energy is your average daily activity?
he uses 10 –15% of his full energy for daily activities.
experience with most energy: full moon walking-tour with a good friend in the mountains in davos (gr), they walked in the night, were wearing boots and had our snowboard on our backs.
is there a particular place which evokes the strongest emotion for you? what is it and in your mind, how do you view the places of your memory (e.g., from your own perspective, as a film in third-person, or with a bird’s eye view)?
“the first apartment in bern, where i grew up, i remember the playground, the soccer field…and once in awhile i go back. i see this place with my eyes of memories, with the eyes of a child. it’s in someway an idealized picture (memory) of me as a child.”
do you have any recurring dreams and if so can you tell about it?
“when i was little, i dreamed i was just a character of a movie. i was a throne king. i had to pass a bridge. it was a recurring dream for several years. the dream was a question that i didn’t know how to answer. the dream suddenly stopped when i was a teenager.”
tell about a personal journey (e.g., by travel, a mental/psychological journey, or even hallucinogenic drugs) you have made and what kind of sensations you experienced.
“i was in barcelona with a good friend. he was the partygoer among my friends. we went partying, every night, till early in the morning, excessive parties. no limits, to make it an all-nighter. this trip was very spezial, because today my prioties have changed. today it isn’t so easy to do this again.
what is the first thing you do in the morning, after you got up and what is the last thing you do, before you go to bed? any habits?
